Prior to joining MCTV, she was the director of public relations and research for a Cleveland based marketing and PR agency. There she led key accounts including Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, Big Lots, CarMax and Kent State University to win several national awards. Before moving back to the northeast Ohio area with her family, she worked in marketing at West Virginia University Hospital while she earned her master’s degree from WVU. Her research about social media has won both national and international recognition from the American Academy of Advertising as well as the National Communication Association.
