Biography
Over the past 23 years at Goodyear, I've progressed from an Executive Assistant to various roles in Human Resources, culminating in my current position in Learning and Development. I've negotiated labor contracts, managed HR for large teams, and consistently aimed for organizational improvement. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, I bring passion, relational skills, and a results-driven mindset to any board and a wealth of experience in leadership and business partnerships.
