Overview
I am interested in serving on a board to represent our female presence in the construction industry and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within our community. I believe I would gain knowledge from other like-minded individuals, build a stronger professional network, and hopefully make a difference in our community.
Biography
I am a Section Manager for Construction Project Managers, and I am currently the Assistant Program Manager for a large utility client in Akron. I have approximately 260 individuals that roll up to me on a day-to-day basis as well as 13 corporate direct reports whom I am responsible for career path development. I enjoy supporting individuals while helping them reach their goals. I am also a member of our local PTAs and am passionate about giving back to the communities we live in. I would bring a diverse background and unique perspective to any board I would have the pleasure of serving.
