I would like to serve to gain valuable leadership experience as a young professional residing in Summit County. As a Pennsylvania native, I hope to further strengthen my sense of community in Northeast Ohio by serving on a board while offering insight based on my legal background and personal experience.
Biography
My name is Kate Calla and I’m a Judicial Attorney at the Summit County Juvenile Court. I attended Penn State University for undergrad and the University of Akron School of Law to obtain my Juris Doctor degree. My legal background coupled with my national certification in Child Maltreatment and Advocacy Studies provides me with a unique perspective on supporting our youth and families in the community.
