Biography
Mycheala Holley, a native of Akron, Ohio, is a distinguished community leader and advocate. She is the owner and CEO of Holley Community Solutions, where she leverages her extensive experience as a congressional senior advisor, community representative, state legislative aide, and local advocate to advance community development. Previously, Mycheala served as the youngest and first Black woman District Director of Outreach for Ohio’s 13th Congressional District, where she led major initiatives and hosted visits from U.S. Secretaries to address critical issues like economic development, nutrition security, and equitable homeownership.

In her role as Northeast Ohio Regional Representative in the U.S. Senate, she focused on community investment and healthcare access, particularly for veterans. Mycheala’s state government work included serving as Legislative Aide in the Ohio House of Representatives, where she helped develop operational strategies for leadership offices.

Academically, she is a graduate of The Ohio State University and a J.D. Candidate at the University of Akron School of Law. Mycheala actively participates in organizations such as the Black Law Students Association and the Akron Urban League Young Professionals. She has earned numerous accolades, including the Greater Akron Chamber’s 30 for the Future Award and The Ohio State University’s Woman of the Year Award.

Mycheala is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and serves as Social Action Co-Chair of the Akron Alumnae Chapter.
