Overview
I have served on the Hudson school district diversity & inclusion committee over the past few years and now that my kids are older I want to get even more involved in community organizations. I have deep expertise in all areas of HR, compensation, benefits, associate relations, Talent Acquisition and management, and diversity & inclusion. I also have worked in business development and have extensive experience in restructuring plans and helping companies who are going through large transitions or financial reorganization.
Biography
I have over 20 years of experience in large publicly traded companies in both HR and finance. My current role is VP of Talent and Associate Experience at Goodyear where I lead around 350 HR associates around the world focused on how to attract, retain, and develop our Goodyear team.
