Overview
I hope to contribute my knowledge and understanding of community needs and assets, and also my experience engaging with a board as a non-profit staff member. My current board service has been with grassroots organizations, and I"d like the opportunity to serve and learn more about the operation and opportunities in board service at larger organizations.
Biography
I am currently the Vice President of the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank. I have worked at the Foodbank overseeing compliance, community partnerships, and programming for more than a decade. I have been involved in supporting arts and culture activities through board service with Highland Square Neighborhood Association and Akron Parks Collaborative, and various community committees.
