I want to serve on a board because it’s a great way to give back and use my experience to help guide important decisions. I enjoy being part of thoughtful discussions, asking the right questions, and helping organizations grow in a meaningful way. At the same time, I’m looking forward to learning—getting exposure to new perspectives, strengthening my leadership skills, and connecting with other leaders who are passionate about making an impact.
