I would like to serve to meet more like minded women, make connections, and of course work to make a difference in an organization. I am at the point in my life where I want to step up more and put my skills to good use. I am interested in many different areas of expertise, and would be happy to join a board.
Biography
Mikayla is a Statewide Recruiter with the Ohio Department of Transportation, serving the Eastern side of the state. She has a background in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition in the private and now public sector. She has a passion for the "Second Chance" movement, connecting current and previously incarcerated individuals with job opportunities within ODOT.
