I am a dedicated Operations Manager with a strong background in financial management, human resources, and operational functions within the non-profit sector. In my current role at Project Learn of Summit County, I oversee daily administrative, fiscal, and data functions, and I take pride in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment the staff. My expertise also includes DEI initiatives, vendor relations, and compliance management.
In addition to my role at Project Learn, I serve as the Minister of Operations at GreaterWorks Church, where I manage weekend operations and conduct strategic financial planning. My career has also included teaching and administrative positions at Akron Public Schools and other educational institutions. I hold an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Hampton University.
