Biography
Kristen Miller is a Director of Product Management with Charles Schwab Retirement Plan Services. She has over 20 years of financial services experiences in both retail banking and plan administration industries with extensive knowledge in digital product management and strategy development. In her current role, she leads a team responsible for modernizing and transforming the participant web, mobile and call center channels. Driven by creating great client experiences and leading meaningful change, Kristen is excited about the opportunity to partner with area organizations to further their vision. Ms. Miller earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University and her Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
