Overview
I hope that participating on a board will help expand my understanding of other industries and help feed my internal "continuing learner". Ideally helping me be a better executive for my own company as we traverse obstacles or face new market demands.
Biography
As a leader in human resources, my focus for the last twenty years has been improving the work experience for employees and building human resource advocates to continue that work. My experience in linking a better work environment to better business outcomes is not only a financial win for companies, but also a win for everyone coming to work there. I believe my work in this space may bring a unique perspective to boards as they consider the traditional financial and risk components for companies.
