I live and work in Summit County and feel called to give back to the community that is giving me so much. I also feel like my breadth of experience can offer some valuable perspective to organizations with missions focused around children, families and integrated health services.
Biography
My background is a unique blend of clinical and operational experience. I am a clinical social worker by training but, after ten years of providing child trauma therapy, I transitioned out of direct care and received my MBA as a conduit to becoming an agent of change in the care delivery system. I specialize in integrating principles of organizational psychology and change management with tenets of successful business practice. I have a passion for sustainable healthcare delivery, child welfare and holistic wellness.
