Biography
I'm a seasoned HR executive with 20+ years of experience driving enterprise-wide change and consulting on strategic issues related to people and performance. I previously served on the NAMI Greater Cleveland board for ~2 years during which time I co-led the search for a new CEO and served as an advisor on the revamp of their employee handbook at the height of the Covid pandemic.
