As the leader of Westfield Bank’s consumer business unit, I'm responsible for the bank's retail, mortgage, and private banking departments. A key component of my role involves developing and implementing the Bank's strategic plan in a way that positions the business units to exceed the targeted returns. I'm focused on managing talent and creating efficient team processes.
