Michelle Bisson is an executive leader with 25+ years of multi-faceted marketing experience with billion-dollar organizations including Summa Health, J.M. Smucker Company and American Greetings. Michelle currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at Summa Health, Summit County’s largest employer, a 1,000-bed integrated healthcare organization.

She has spent her career bringing brands to life, advancing consumer engagement and impacting organizational growth among a diverse product portfolio. She describes her core strengths to include strategic visioning and planning, securing stakeholder alignment, driving effective change and showing progress with analytics.

Michelle is an Ohio native, graduating from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science and the University of Akron with a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree. She is a member of Leadership Akron’s Signature Class 35, Ohio Health Choice board member, and is a member of Summa Health’s leadership team.
