I’m good at connecting big-picture strategy to what actually needs to happen day to day to drive growth and impact. I ask thoughtful questions, challenge ideas when needed, and help keep discussions grounded in what will truly move the business forward. I also value collaboration and different perspectives, and I work to create an environment where strong decisions can be made with confidence and clarity.
