Overview
I would like to serve on the board because I am a strong leader that can bring 30 years of experience to the table. Leadership is a calling on ones life , and that is why I choose to follow the serving leader model. I know in a leadership role you can make or break someone so it really important to posses skills that will strengthen , encourage, and move the people around you and I posses those skills. I am dedicated to leadership.
Biography
I am a 53 year old women that has passionately worked in the field of ECD ( Early Childhood Development) for over 30 years. I am a advocate not only for the children , for the families in which they are part of , and the teachers that will teach them. I have watched children , families, and communities change over the years. And because children and families are such important part of community , I can bring their perspective to others , I can shed some light on the changes we see in our families and communities as well as give some real solid information on how we can start to work towards seeing positive outcomes .
